Plastic that survives the site, the sun and the export run

Heavy-duty pallets rated to the load, reagent and sample IBCs, and bunded spill containment built for Australian mine sites. UV-stabilised for the heat, ISPM-15 exempt so concentrate exports skip fumigation, and freighted to the most remote sites. Quote-only.

Heavy-duty plastic export pallets and a bunded IBC on a red-dirt Australian mine-site loading area

Rated to the load, not the brochure

A pallet that fails in the heat is a safety incident waiting to happen. Our heavy-duty range carries real, repeatable static and dynamic load ratings and is moulded from UV-stabilised resin that holds up under the Australian sun instead of going brittle. Closed-deck options keep fine reagent powders and samples clean.

Export without the fumigation

Shipping concentrate, spodumene or mineral sands overseas on timber means heat treatment, IPPC stamps and biosecurity risk. Plastic export pallets sit outside ISPM-15 entirely — no fumigation, fewer holds, and a cleaner handover to your overseas customer.

Contain the spill before it’s an incident

Bunded pallets and IBC spill bases give you compliant containment for diesel, oils, acids and processing reagents, sized around AS 1940 and AS 3780 capacity logic so your HSE team isn’t guessing.

Common questions

Why use plastic pallets on a mine site instead of timber?

UV-stabilised plastic pallets shrug off harsh sun and heat, won’t splinter, rot or absorb moisture and chemicals, and carry repeatable load ratings (commonly 1–2 tonne dynamic). They survive far more trips than timber and, because they aren’t wood packaging, they ship overseas without fumigation.

What does "ISPM-15 exempt" mean for mineral exports?

ISPM-15 is the biosecurity standard for solid-wood packaging. Plastic pallets fall outside it entirely — no heat treatment, no IPPC stamp, and far fewer biosecurity holds when shipping concentrate, spodumene or mineral sands to overseas customers.

Can you supply bunded spill containment for reagents and fuel?

Yes. We supply bunded pallets and IBC spill bases sized around the capacity logic in AS 1940 and AS 3780 (typically the greater of 25% of aggregate or 110% of the largest container) for diesel, oils, acids and processing reagents.
